Travel apx 2 miles and on the left you'll see a 2 story office building sitting in the middle of a huge landscaped lawn area and it says DS Factors on the stone marker near the street. If, you get to NW 2nd Ave, you've just gone past it.
Park in front and enter the doors on the left.
